Lou’s picking up from my postings about asking where the higher quality financiers are for Advent?…that nobody here replied to. Why it takes Lou to spell it out instead of Powers is beyond me? The problem is it should’ve happened already! The Investment banker relationship should’ve been announced along with the takeover with a reverse split to clean up the books. But instead LP piled on the authorized and still is doing piddly deals at high interest with no explanation of what or who is coming with the deal. Lou’s post feels like an effort to get shareholders to vote yes while the CEO CFO remains under the cone of silence.🤷‍♀️
