The reality is that many believe NWBO is good at everything except putting meat on the bone (aka approval)*. Over and over, year after year, they watch as NWBO essentially says, “look at this new shiny thing (eg. patent, structure, combo, planned trials), bling process/system or glitzy regulation.” Many are burned out.

* However, I believe Dr. Ashkan’s prior couple month approximation for an MAA decision.
