I’ll bet the truth of the matter is that most of the shareholders here are still longs because they’re so far under water in their position, that they HAVE to keep it.

There would be very little difference in selling at this price or selling at zero. It would still be a giant loss if they sold.

So they hang on, tell everyone who will listen that they believe the NSS scenario is real, and fight with anyone who gives factual info that pretty much proves how small the chances are that a naked short position actually exists.
