The research on the board showed that was a legit stat approach. So calling it nonsense assumes a lot on your part.

We don't know what the concerns of the CHMP were. There was a post that said the missed ADL was a big part of the Q&A. Of course that may or may not be true since it was not from the company.

Perhaps we will find out in the CC Q&A whether that is the case or not.
