How is Advent going to make NWBO shareholders whole? Nobody even knows if Advent is worth anything at all. She supposedly gave it up for $1.4 million. lol
If Advent was worthy of "real" investors it would have happened when LP owned most of it and could have offered them a huge chunk of equity. Nobody is going to invest in Advent now that it has a $500 Million anchor on its neck.
What LP did instead, was toss Advent into a $500 million (90% overpriced, IMO) OTC shell, any possible investment value is diluted now and gone into the wind to be shared among 35,000 NWBO bag holders.
If Advent was a shot of good 80 proof vodka, LP just poured a gallon of water into it, thus bringing the level to about 2 proof.
None of this makes sense,.... neither the acquisition nor the increase in Auth. shares without a shot at up listing to a better exchange. JMHO.
