For whatever reason the filing from the 11th uses an outdated shares outstanding number saying the following-

The percentages reported in this Schedule 13G are based upon 96,499,877 Shares outstanding as of September 26, 2025 (according to the issuer's prospectus as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2025).

Of course the share account now is just shy of 120,000,000 so that 8.2% is inaccurate.

I certainly agree that the poison pill is a good idea. With the MASSIVE upswing in volume since MP's news in July it's easy to imagine that one or more entities is accumulating in a big way.

This increased volume really is something to behold. Before July I believe there had been around 20 days total with volume over 1 million since the up list to the NASDAQ. Hasn't dropped blow 1 million since.

I am fascinated by the numbers I posted yesterday. Oct 13th alone may have seen more money change hands than the entire decade spanning 2010 to 2020.🤯
