Regardless of the % ownership value, the reasoning for the Rights plan is a real necessity, especially when Ken Griffin and Citadel group, (or any other entity) can buy on the open market @ 1/2 the SP value of their last investment offering, don’t you think so?

For guys like him I would imagine tax loss season is a gravy train.
