A mere 7 days until the DBMM's Fiscal Year 2025 10K report comes out. And it's also the end of the Fiscal 2026 first quarter.

It should be very interesting to see how much DBMM's revenue stream has decreased. As I stated previously, it will be a miracle if the DBMM TOTAL 2025 revenue figure is even a DOLLAR over $100K. I think it will likely be less.

Their borrowing through the first three quarters was just over $450K! The TOTAL borrowing for DBMM's Fiscal 2025 year is likely to be WELL OVER $500K....more likely to be anywhere from $550k o $650K. Imagine a company that borrows OVER FIVE TIMES their revenue stream just to keep the lights on - yet continues to tell their shareholders just how wonderful everything is!

To put a "cherry on top" of DBMM's wonderful 2025 Fiscal year, they added 100 MILLION shares to the outstanding share base! This supposedly was to retire "aged debt". I guess shareholders just don't comprehend the FACT that DBMM borrowed (in 2025 ALONE) much MORE than the "aged debt" they retired. Imagine saddling share holders with that much dilution, crowing that it was to reduce aged debt...and then BORROWING more than that in THE SAME YEAR! And you KNOW what will happen....this new debt in 2025 will eventually be called "aged debt" and Linda will NO DOUBT eventually add MORE shares to the OS to pay THAT off! And the funny part is, she will call it a wonderful thing and the shareholders will DRINK THAT KOOL AID RIGHT DOWN!!!

Now to the Q1 for DBMM's 2026 fiscal year that is about to end. We know there's not been a SINGLE announcement of any clients signing on Digital Clarity's "dotted line". So that means ZERO revenue added for Q1. The Q1 report coming out about 90 days from now should be another disaster for DBMM.

Go ahead boys. Crow about buying shares every day!

LOLOLOL!

LMFAO!
