Looks like BIEL's design starts with an ActiPatch, increases the length of the wire, and adds a quick-release clasp to the wire. You wear it like a necklace. I don't see a green light in the drawings.
While you're at it, research the patents already granted for non-invasive PEMF vagus nerve stimulation. There are several. I didn't bother to look for other non-approved applications like BIEL's. Guessing there are dozens.
Here's one that's similar. Took five years to get it approved. US11648413B2
"five years" doesn't mean anything though. I see one that took only 18 months to get approved. BIEL's application has to get assigned to an examiner first of course.
