Dude, that wasn’t me. I think you are confusing me with someone else critical of how Redhawk was being operated as a public company.
I hope every single shareholder get a part of the settlement and is made whole. I was simply warning years ago that the signs were there that Redhawk wasn’t as what was being presented by G. Darcy B Kludge
If you cannot pay an $1,800 mortgage and have a property SEIZED by the local county Sheriff, yeah that’s a problem.
I sincerely hope each shareholder receives a part of the settlement , though one must acknowledge common shareholders are last in line and Redhawk/Kludge have several plaintiffs ahead of shareholders in any settlement. One must also acknowledge the possibility of a judge extinguishing common shares and you won’t even have the electronic marker now appearing on your trading accounts.
I don’t follow the suit(s) nor do I care to and certainly will not pay any more attorneys to follow this. You have me mistaken for another poster.
Uber, here’s the quick reality check you didn’t ask for but definitely need: Remember when you kept preaching that Redhawk had “no chance,” “no case,” “no jurisdiction,” “won’t survive dismissal,” etc.? Yeah… the federal magistrate judge just bulldozed every one of those claims. ✔ Motion to Dismiss — DENIED on ALL counts✔ Jurisdiction stands✔ Venue stands✔ Fraud claims stand✔ Res judicata / estoppel — denied✔ Case moves forward to full discovery In short:Every argument AEG and Coastal made failed — and every prediction YOU made failed with them.
It’s gotta suck though to be holding Kuldge’s bags
Right On !
Write On !!
Rite On !!!
