No... Just haven't been paying attention much.

The recommendation does not mean Klug won the case. It was a motion to dismiss. Which means the lawsuit moves on...

Even if Klug wins a monetary judgment, that in no way means SNDD holders of revoked stock will benefit, except to extend the dream of someday, maybe, being able to sell.
