I agree the Advent acquisition is hard to understand.

We know that nwbo has been way over share authorization for quite some time. Dealings with MHRA have taken longer than LP (or anyone else) expected. She held off on increasing authorization as long as she could.

So LP is dependent on Streeterville and other sub-sub-prime lenders for longer than expected. What if those lenders demanded that LP put some skin in the game for real; not just shares, options, warrants that she granted herself?

Folding Advent into nwbo might be effectively adding collateral demanded by lenders.

It's only a theory, but it fits the known data and timeline pretty well.
