On page 36 note 15 it says that he has taken on the duties of James Honan...and not actually being promoted to CEO position/title...as in being temporary until a CEO is actually selected is how I take it.

NOTE 15 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
James E. Honan, Jr. has resigned effective August 25, 2025. His duties have been taken over by President Oscar Brito.
