Beartrap, I think we actually agree on the core facts, and the only issue was a small timing mix-up between two different eras of company language.

In your first post, you were relying on the older statements where NWBO said the Flaskworks/Eden units could only be used after a Grade C lab was built. That was true at the time those filings were written, before Phase 1B was completed.

In this post, though, you correctly pointed out that Catapult 2023 and the 2023 10-Q both confirm that by 2023 Advent already had three operational Grade C cleanrooms inside the Phase 1B buildout. And you’re absolutely right about that. Catapult does list them plainly.

Once you accept that Phase 1B already contained those Grade C rooms, the earlier interpretation (that Eden had nowhere to be validated) no longer applies. The company’s statements were simply referring to two different periods:

• before Phase 1B was built, when Grade C space was still theoretical, and

• after Phase 1B, when Grade C rooms were real, licensed, and used for Flaskworks development.

That’s the only mismatch, just the timing of which filings apply to which phase of construction. There’s no fatal flaw in anything you or I wrote, and now that the timelines are aligned, everything you laid out matches the Catapult report, the 10-Qs, and the sequence of Phase 1A to 1B to simplified C-lab to new C-suite today.

So yes, I think we’re completely on the same page now.
