Technically Anavex beats the MABS on the N part of the A/T/N with the stat sig grey matter preservation (correlated with the cognitive benefits) and significantly less enlarged ventricles vs as we know disproportionate shrinkage with the MABS with as of yet unknown implications. Blarca also had a larger effect size for nf-l vs placebo than Lecanumab (though Lecanumab closer to being stat sig on this - 0.28 p value vs 0.06) respectively. Donanemab on phase 2 reported - "No significant differences in plasma levels of amyloid-ß 42/40 and neurofilament light chain were observed between treatment arms at the end of treatment.". For phase 3 - " No treatment difference was observed for plasma NfL at Week 76, but a larger increase was observed in the donanemab arm compared to placebo at Weeks 12 and 24."
