Here’s what could actually save this company:
Fire Misleading and every employee who joined within a year of him coming onboard.
Hire a competent CEO—someone who can communicate with Wall Street and shareholders without embarrassing themselves.
Run a proper 3-71 trial: a solid, 6–8 week study with a large enough sample. You’d get results within two months after completion. If the data is actually good, the stock will move, and then they can sell the company.
I’m still not exactly bullish on the 3-71 compound, but at this point, this might be the only realistic path forward for this POS.
Getting rid of Misleading, his sequeeze, the accountant, everyone who joined during his tenure, and the three BOD members is absolutely crucial if this company wants any chance of surviving.
