Missling will likely put shares to LPC in a last-ditch effort to keep the company afloat, but the massive dilution will kill the stock. I honestly don’t see a way out of this self-inflicted mess he’s created. Think about it. At $3.38 a share, how many shares would he need to put to LPC to make a meaningful difference? 20-30 million shares? Bottom line, he’s going to have put millions of shares to LPC and he’s going to have to drastically cut staff to save cash. The Instagram model should be worried and Clint, too, Ditto for that useless outside IR consultant guy Barwicki. I would not want to be an Anavex employee right now. If I was an Anavex employee, I’d be updating my resume and activating my network. It’s just a matter of time before Missling has to cut expenses.
