That sums up everything. We were all betting that CHMP/EMA would bend the typical rules...and we were wrong.

The only way Anavex is going to get an approval from CHMP/EMA is to ask them (again!) to bend the rules. Going into "overtime" only means that they're going to try another "trick play"...and hope that they'll bend the rules once again.

I still have a small position here, so I'll keep my fingers crossed. (They need Joe Montana...not Steve Young!) 😄
