This is a scary worst case scenario that I pray isn't the case. I can't take another year of silence and dilution and the share price can't either.  
If they don't provide a major UPDATE on the MAA, shareholders are going to vote NO. Also, we're already at 2+ billion fully diluted OS so the actually only have 500,000,000.
Also, why would Dr Ashkan state in September that a decision was expected with the next couple of months?
