There is no point forcing it when no one is interested. No one would even purchase assets at less than .05 share price. Too much integration overhead, liability, and credibility risk with little to no value in return!

You saw the Roswell Park deal. No one except NWBO showed interest and they only paid a couple of million up front. Thats all Roswell could fetch despite having 3 ongoing phase 2 trials in much larger indications!
