AVXL doesn't have any other options right now BUT to request a re-exam. But if the ADL endpoint fail was really the backbreaker all alone (and knowing that upfront, why did the EU authorities even accept the MAA for review?), then nothing will have changed with the appeal except for a lot more favorable post-trial data that now will be in the official review record. Maybe that will make a difference--don't know.
