This whole endeavor has been BS. I’ve held shares almost 14 years. Every 6 months the can gets kicked down the road another 6 months. I still believe in the science. I believe in Liau and Ashkan, but there needs to be some answers from LL before I vote yes on any proposal. Like many shareholders I am beyond frustrated that management has had zero accountability to shareholders. At this point they should forgo their salaries until we get some answers. No other company I know of has operated this way and it is very suspicious at this point in time.
