There is no MAA timing change because the application is dead. The trial results submitted are scientifically invalid and the MHRA has informed the company that there is no way they will receive approval as submitted. The next move has been in the company's hands for some time now. They have no answer, so they are circling the drain. That's why they brought in Advent. They have bills (and, more importantly, salaries) to pay.
