I just contacted the OTC Markets and I wanted to confirm from their end if LEAL did or did not submit these way OVERDUE Q3 financials.
They confirmed that LEAL has yet to submit these Q3 financials as of 11:35 AM today.
If you don't know the process, LEAL will upload these financials DIRECTLY to the OTC site and the upload will be posted nearly immediate on the site. The OTC Markets have zero involvement. So, any delay for these financials to be posted on the OTC Markets site lies SOLELY on Leal's shoulders. PERIOD.
If Leal does not upload today, his 5 days extension to submit will expire and then the GTVH will step down to PiNK LIMITED. However, if/when he uploads these financials and other qualifications are still met, the GTVH will go back to OTCID.
