Challenging Misslings assumptions, statements or actions is paramount.
I pointed out recently on the board his choice of words in a Q&A on a qtly report earlier this year when asked about the application progress. His answer: No comments / updates on the EU application until the end of the year when we receive FEEDBACK from the agency. A few here picked up on that (a slip?). With a high level of expectations (we are very excited, his favorite phrase) of a first for this company, an approved product, one would think that the CEO could not have confused the word feedback with a clearer choice use of a word like opinion or decision from the agency. Without a doubt to the shareholder, and in my humble opinion, MIssling already knew there was an issue. Perhaps the agency had already advised to prepare for oral explanations.

We also have the issue of another of MIsslings phrases, right around the corner, lol... So, we expected a new trial start for this impressive pipeline early in 2025 as per his guidance. I find this area sketchy as he-ll as we approach year-end that we have nothing here. It is riddling that there remains a mystery indication. Years are passing by... #accountability
