That the SOW 8 is now almost fully accomplished is not in question. I think we both agree on this as does exwannabe which is a rare point of consensus; ). I also agree that the B, C and D shell space has been very well documented. The deductive part of the reasoning that the SOW 8 was completed at Sawston makes sense from the requirements and common sense my only real hesitation is that it was never directly declared nor the fitting out of C grade clean room(s) fit for purpose with regard to use in production of Direct or L with Eden engineering runs or other validation testing. However, with NWBO choosing secrecy over definitive statements, this does not surprise me as what may have been, or actually was, done. Best wishes.
Sawston is also solid and with the company trying to keep everything under wraps their unwillingness to disclose plainly their state of readiness at Sawston would be understandable.
