I will back off, but the 1 month was if Walter or someone else proved it.

They may have been reluctant to provide the evidence if it was from IR because IR prohibits the sharing of information they provide to investors.

While I understand their desire to protect themselves from misrepresentation, it is not legally binding and is a bit bizarre given their duty to only pass along information that should be accessible to all shareholders. Not trying to make anything out of this..just pointing it out.
