Ive been doing some DD on how these Neoclouds are financing their expansion
IREN is very conservative compared to CoreWeave

CoreWeave (an AI cloud infrastructure provider) and IREN (formerly Iris Energy, a Bitcoin mining and AI data center operator) both operate in high-growth, capital-intensive sectors requiring significant funding for data centers and hardware.
However, their debt profiles differ sharply: CoreWeave relies heavily on debt to fuel rapid AI expansion, while IREN maintains a more conservative balance sheet with lower leverage.
