Arizona legal actions has absolutely anything to do with the company moving forward. In the news release they stated they would have news in the next few weeks regarding projects. The first on in Texas dropped. They are a little late i guess on others but Arizona deal has 0 to do with it. You guys are making the Arizona litigation into to much of a big deal. The attorneys are working on it and will deal with whatever comes of it. The company is not delaying for that reason whatsoever.
