I’m just speculating, but my guess is that the litigation in Arizona needs to be settled one way or another before we can move forward.

Success in the case means finalizing the name change (and ticker?), and clarity for investors who may be asked for private placement into this vehicle. Big money won’t do that if a large judgment is outstanding.

Failure in the case could be catastrophic for us. Who is going to come in from Qatar and dump millions in cash just to pay a judgement?

Creditors can take whatever cash is on hand, and garnish future revenue streams.

GLTA - I am hoping for a VERY forgiving judge in AZ, as the company has put themselves in a terrible legal position on this case.
