Oddly they all actually appear to show quite strong effect sizes vs placebo (though not sure if that how it's portrayed with the scale?), however not stat sig at all.
Lower completion rates for these measures prob didn't help especially for PTAU 231, however I imagine it was mostly due to high variability between patients causing the lack of any stat signficance.

It could be argued if we aren't giving that much weight to 'exploritory endpoint' CGI - I with p value 0.0033 in the ITT, (which it seems we don't as it isn't mentioned that much then we can't at the same time give that much weight to not being stat sig on other exploratory items such as Nf-L and P/TAU 181/231.
