Anavex now needs to run a properly designed P3 trial to confirm all the post hoc in trial hypotheses, address the tolerability/titration issues and make the trial larger and longer including multiple ethnicities.

No more of “the new big is small” bs shortcuts. If Anavex don’t get the finger out and do that now why should investors trust they have learned how to progress the rest of the pipeline - the Missling’s pennywise pound foolish approach has wasted years and left the company without debt and a need to dilute a lot more.
