I in fact, do believe they sell immediately...i have no idea why you think they do not...


24/7 is paid by Karolus. The word 'restricted' would be one clue. There are more. Looks like they haven't bothered to update their disclaimer since June.

Karolus has been contracted for services multiple times over the years and has sold its previously contracted restricted shares.
