"I never insisted they immediately sold their shares."

no you didnt say it but that was the impression you seemed to want to impart...

" In fact, if you'd bother to read the disclosure you would see that 24/7 doesn't immediately sell their shares, but they do sell them."

i already agreed 24/7 DOES sell the shares...and as is well known, they are paid for those periodic news releases as they occur...they may receive shares and/or cash...if they do receive shares, I in fact, do believe they sell immediately...i have no idea why you think they do not...

"Who cares if they sell them or not."

those shares do not affect the PPS until they are sold...its the pps that i am currently concerned about...now perhaps you get what the difference is?...

"I don't even know if it was Kumar that received any shares, that was just an assumption."

well you are the one who said it and i am responding to your statement...it really matters little who the consultants are...my statements are still valid regardless of who the consultant is....

"He would be a fool to take shares as his only source of compensation"

he knows everything about what is going on and will happen with production and the success of kblb because it will be due in large part to his efforts...if he decides to take shares and not sell them it would be foolish to think he wouldnt have VERY good reason...

"unless he doesn't actually need the money"

he retired after 40 years of working in a high level position and lives in India...guess..

"and he would still be liable to pay taxes on them."

not if they were restricted or were in the form of options...otherwise yes, he would likely sell some shares and pay the taxes...
