Alternatively - if the company strongly feels this subgroup is superior AND that the Q2P variant fails to respond, then they can recruit this population only --- will lead to more screen failures but perhaps a better overall outcome. COL24A1 (ABCLEAR 2 and 1/2 of ABCLEAR3) will not be in the formal hierarchy but rather a per-specified exploratory analysis
