Yes, this is what makes logical sense. But then the question is, when, if ever are they going to do that.

My belief has always been that they would do it right before they want to sell the company, in order to juice the stock price. No way we go from $15 to a $150 or $200 or $250 buyout. There needs to be an interim step of getting the stock price up.

I believe they will do it once they start receiving "good news"...lawsuit goes our way, FDA approves Lr-EtEPA, they announce a selling joint-venture partnership for the U.S. market, etc.

That way, buying shares, plus good news, equals huge bump in stock price.
