Something to keep in mind..

The Rapporteurs and CHMP having seen more data than us are just getting up to speed on Anavex. Many of us have been listening to presentations, peer reviews, other sources of relevant studies, ie; Wayne State University Study showing remilenation in clinical trials, etc. For ten years or more. Did they get to see Dr. Randi Hagerman’s presentation 5 years ago on the Rett trail? I don’t know but I doubt it. Did the Rapporteurs read this message board?

Yes, they have the relevant data for the Alzheimer’s trial and that should be all they need but when questioning efficacy, background can be of help supporting what Anavex is showing them.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to assume they are biased towards amyloid/plaque theory since big money/pharma has been pushing that forever and any Doctor will tell you that’s what causes Alzheimers.

I wish them God Speed in understanding what’s in front of them and hope they can make a decision on the data and believe it.
