Well perhaps you are right. However, almost 4% weekly flipping is pretty good if you have that kind of loose cash.
So that would be around 10 grand monthly. Not too shabby while also putting ones self into good position in case
there is a run. Some folks have this kind of cash. Certainly not me. I know a few who could do it. Should they take some earnings and compound it then it could grow exponentially. Who knows, they could be shorting as well and have the cash to do it. Possible ... but unlikely in my realm as you describe. Wouldn't it be something to be in such a position!
