Did anyone see the Charles Payne (Fox Bus interview) with the SEC Chairman? He gives a clear picture of hedge fund operations/market makers and the SEC "oversight".....Charlie has been observing the markets for more than 30 years, had his own company and digs deep into the way these guys are not only controlling prices but actually doing things.....ummm.......improperly!
