Well dan did say these guys were "the best" in the business and he also said it'd be "done in a week or two" i worked in hazmat and it doesnt take a rocket scientist to go on the west virginia permitting site and see that comment periods on their own are 30 days... and that doesn't include any other part of the process.

So either Dan lied, or the attorney lied.

But considering they also said it was a code error that took 6 months and still no fix by a bank that processes millions of those a day and then blamed them too. It does make me curious.

If this is the best 1,000,000 + in consulting fees has to offer I fear for the state of things internally across the global platform of experts.
