Im still trying to figure why they didnt enroll for the permits... back in March/April when they knew the reactors were being built, and they knew they needed air permits. I am also still trying to figure out how their environmental lawyer somehow forgot to include like 44 pages of content in the 1st permit round. This is shit you do like a year out, not literally before you ship your reactors to the facility and theb expect expedited miracles to be done for you, and then pikachu face when they're not done.

How this all unfolded makes me question how they handle other stuff.

Additionally, the 2nd half of the 25t isnt done yet, even though they said it was all done and just waiting on permit to be shipped? Well apparently that was a lie lol 😆.

These could have been the easiest wins CLNV would ever have, and they still somehow fucked up on the most elementary shit a company requiring these has to do.
