Depends on the stock and on the news. I sometimes buy on the rise with not much risk due to buying previously on the fall backs.
LQMT may be one of the hottest OTC stocks before long. I think....IMO... we have gone beyond the speculation stage. I'll take the
risk of insuring I am not looking back next year with regret that I didn't buy more on the way up. Any dips are icing on the cake.
