Hey OS nice to see you post here... you should add a few more to that 32 you have... you know average down.. LOL

The acquisitions of all of the Alchemy companies are done.. Alchemy was one company with three subsidiaries, and now FDCT owns them all. They announced back in late September that they were going to acquire Xoala a Swedish banking company and we are still waiting on the announcement that is has been completed.

The restrictions are for the most part done, but until a person actually requests for the restriction label to be removed by the TA the shares stay on the books as restricted. Almost all of the restricted shares belong to management and and since the person who owned all of the Alchemy companies is a Board of Director for the company he is considered management as well... They are not owned by any lenders and are not associated with any convertible debt to any extent.
