Don’t think so, but CHMP apparently uses pretty easy to decipher language indicating their leanings and feelings of the risk/benefit side of the equation, as well as whether you’ve appropriately addressed any major objections. Anavex should know, and they should also have known about the OE for weeks.

Powerwalker, the puts are unprecedentedly high volume but they’re also almost all for next Friday. I’m not sure that’s a great bet as we could easily get pushed to December. If most of the puts were bought, either as a hedge or speculative pessimism, it could account for much of the reason the stock is so far down today as MM are generally on the other side of most options trades for a lightly traded stock like AVXL.
