My question is, what electricity are they selling? I know they have power going to the sites, but they have to pay for that. Would they be reselling it for a profit to the new site owners and maybe providing back up power to one or more data centers using the properties they were to put up data centers? That might make sense assuming those sites would be approved, which is not a given for that use. I guess it is better than owning two large sites and dumping more money into them and getting some revenue from them and just writing off what $500 million they spent on both sites? I guess they could sell off those now rusting large Storage tanks on the NY site. I wonder if the water usage or Indians would have a issue with the Data centers?
