yes you have been very successful
Wow holding a stock for 4 yeras
Well I can't talk as I have the first one I bought in 1964
It was a gold stock and paid a div. I kept it and added to it then sold all except the
original. Went through the real estate collapse of 1979 That cost me 50 big ones
as I was a partner in a syndication we were forming. Interest rates went from 7% to 13%
in one day. Destroyed our project. They eventually hit 18-20% depending upon the prroperty
type. As for today I see signs markets are over valued. Many home buyers just won't buy
the new construction at these high prices in my area. As for stocks looks like we just had a
sell signal in S&P yet it could take another stab at a couple up days then look out. I have been trough
a few of these I watch my 8-21 day charts for signals. My main invetsment is land which has good crop yields except 97 accres of hard wood timber. It gets loged every 10-15 years and keep replanting
bigest and best patrt of it is hunting and just sitting and watching birds and wildlife.
Good luck to you.
