Who made the mistake with the PR that said a patent was approved and quoted Lebby about how great an accomplishment it was when in reality it was just a patent application? Lebby or Marcelli?

Marcelli has been running the show for a long time. Yves may have signed off on this one but Marcelli very well could have written it.

I'm not trying to mislead. I'm stating REAL possibilities. Again, you failed to grasp the times in the past and like to paint a picture that THIS TIME IT IS DIFFERENT.

Well, that proof is up not up to me. I would argue that YOU are continuing to mislead people by requiring us to believe something that is against the norm. And I'm certainly not going to take X's word for it either.

Look, we can go back and forth but I gave the SOLUTION here the very first time I suggested it could be NOKIA: Ask Yves how many collaborations are in Stage 3 and make it clear that you consider plasmonics players to be counted as only one Stage 3. If he indicates he understands - and that this has nothing to do with plasmonics/Polariton then we have our answer. Some 32 people 'liked' StonksPro's post that says Nokia is in Stage 3, so this isn't about just what you or I think.

Another simple solution would be to ask for clarification that the PR was referring to a company that is CURRENTLY in the Global 500. If he confirms the accuracy of that, then again we have our answer.

Easy peasy.

But if your 'evidence' is who is currently in the Global 500 group based on your own google searches, that fails.
