Let's take a second look at Google searching the names involved. Could someone in a deal with Vitalibis jumped the gun and tried to sell shares into that "unauthorized" news? Was it a 35 year old kid sitting in his PJs wanting to be a hacker when he grows up and flipping shares by issuing "unauthorized" news? Whoever had the balls to issue that "unauthorized" press release for VCBD, used real names of other parties. That creates a risk of litigation. Where in the hell did that "unauthorized" press release come from? Class. This is your homework assignment.
