Notice they did not say the last 17 SOC/placebo patients which would have pointed very directly at the “good news”. Pure cover language for regulator action and necessary NWBO silence about the reason. Fraunhofer 2015 annual report validated by saying enrolled to the point statistically necessary. Go phish!; ).
