One more point I should add: Even you wrote: "as FEW buyouts are for more than double the market cap prior" So even you seem to indicate it does happen sometimes. I suggest to you, that this is going to be one those that will be the exception to the rule. The obvious reason - the tremendous risk/reward possible here on the opportunity of many decades in the revolution in cancer treatment. The reward will go to those biopharma who jump first - to the regret of those that jumped last.
